One of my all time favorite chain resturaunts. Not normally a big fan of chains but this one is GOOD. When I moved from California this is the one resturaunt I missed more than any other. What this resturaunt is about is buffet style healthy dining with a little bit of everything for everyone. You start out going through a long salad bar with different premade salads (try the Chicken Oriental...the best!), make your own salads, many fresh veggies, and pasta type salads. Then after you find a seat you can visit a soup bar with 5 or so different soups...the chicken noodle soup is particuarly impressive with large egg noodles and large chunks of real chicken. There is a pasta bar usually with three different pastas. A bakery type bar with fresh bread, muffins, brownies, and pizza. There is also a fruit bar with fresh fruit, a desert bar,and a potato bar with all of the fixins. What sets this place apart is everything is just very good and there seems to be something for everyone. It is not a traditional buffet because you will not find all of the meat and cooked veggies and such it is more centered around soup and salad. Just very quality healthy food and one of my favorite places for a satisfying lunch. I actually visited the resturaunt in Schaumburg 1951 E. McConner Pkwy., 60173 but it is not listed on here so I reviewed this one..they are all basically the same.
