The Fairmonts hotel lounge is just as fashionable as some of the citys trendiest boutique hotel bars; however, here youll find more allure and fewer attitudes. Theyve amped up the Asian-inspired dcor, featuring crisper colors, lush furniture in contrasting fabrics and an open-seating arrangement so that you can see everything going on in the room. Guests can settle onto the long bar and have face-to-face interaction with bartenders or select from one of the banquettes or sofas that create their own atmospheres within themselves. Hotel guests, as well as those looking for an alternative to the overcrowded downtown happy hours, will find this room attractive, as theyve decked out sofas and banquettes in exotic silks, leathers and suede. Get there before 5PM and youll probably hear Top 40 pop and R&B, but later on the beat gets clubbier. Aria Bar offers a light Asian menu, as theres a sushi bar in the center of the room.
