It's bliss for beer lovers, as the former Blyss space caters to an upscale, beer-drinking crowd. Think Goose Island Brewery, not your corner tap, as the Beer Bistro sets out to pair suds with supper. You'll find more than 85 selections, including 12 on tap, to tempt your palate such as Belgian ales, German stouts and some rare American gems. Beer Bistro's atmosphere is both neighborhood-ish and trendy as it showcases a handful of flat-screen TVs, exposed brick walls, a long mahogany bar and lower-level private party room. Dine on bar food faves like wings, burgers, pizzas, a steak sandwich and a beer-braised chicken entree. A brunch menu is in the works as well as ''brew school'' classes and dinners.
