You might hear some Phish wafting through the full service restaurant, cafeteria or bakery, but you won't find any fish on Blind Faith Cafe's totally vegetarian menu. A couple decades before Jamba Juice stands and the currently-heralded soy diet, Blind Faith Cafe was squeezing carrot juice and whipping up non-dairy Mexican breakfasts and seitan stir fry for the health-conscious. The breakfast menu, like lunch and dinner, travels the globe from Italian omelets to Aztec hash. Lunch may be the vegan-famous Blind Faith burger created from tofu, carrots, onions, parsley, seeds and oats or an earthy macrobiotic plate. Try a Korean bibim bop, Thai curry, roasted veggie burrito or a simple plate of steamed vegetables. Cool it off with a peanut butter shake or copa cabana smoothie. Even the coffee is organic here. The bakery features wholesome breads and pastries baked fresh daily with organic flours, honey, sugar, maple syrup, and other nutritious ingredients.

exceptional

This is the single best vegetarian spot I have ever eaten at. Paris is nice, San Francisco won't disappoint, NYC can give you what you need, but Blind Faith is the top quality restaurant period.

My wife and I are born and bred meat eaters. But, we love this place. Simply put it is awesome food. The fact that it is vegatarian is of no consequence when the food, prep, and service is of the highest quality. BRAVO!

Last year my fam and I went to Blind Faith to meet some family friends. The atmoshpere is so laid back and comfortable, the waitstaff are so sweet, and the menu has a various assortment of items. At this point I had not yet become a vegetarian, but nevertheless I enjoyed the meal very much. The food was just wonderful and the seitan tasted remarkably like chicken, which depending on preference, can be a great thing for a vegetarian who misses her meat! Highly recommended!
