The more casual sibling of the renowned Spiaggia has come into its own as a favorite dining destination. Overlooking the bustling Magnificent Mile strip, this relaxing cafe features an impressive menu of fare reminiscent of Italian street-side eateries with signature items like the gnocchi and wood-roasted lamb t-bones, as well as three imported proscuittos: Parma, Carpegna and San Daniele. Though informal, Cafe Spiaggia offers a fashionable and artful air, with painted walls inspired by one of the world's most beautiful rooms, the 'Camera degli Sposi' in Mantua, Italy. Guests can soak up the intimate atmosphere with contemporary lighting, fixtures and furnishings. For larger groups, the 'Private Dining Rooms of Spiaggia,' located one level above Spiaggia, are five rooms featuring exquisite hand-painted murals and soft pastels to create an elegant backdrop for any event, corporate or social. The warm, distinguished setting accommodates seated functions of 15 to 200, and receptions up to 450. Cafe Spiaggia is owned by Levy Restaurants, who also own Bistro 110, Cerise and Blackhawk Lodge.
