Marvelous
I had the pleasure of having a meal on March 15, 2006. I had a half portion of osyters on the half shell. I have never had larger or more fresh. This was followed by lobster with a wonderful white wine. The service was wonderful. I was celebrating my birthday alone and the staff made the time go smoothly. I was treated with a chocolate cake and that too was fantastic.
Looking out over the park watching the lights go by was just what I needed; time to think and wonder.
Thank you for a great time. I recommend it most highly.
Great steak, awesome service
Though not crowded, our dinner as excellent. Our wait person was knowledgable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Nice setting for a quiet but delicious dinner. We will enjoy dining at the Drake again the next time we are in Chicago.
