my wife and i have dined in many fine restaurants around the world and found gibsons to be that of an establishment greater than the 5-star rating keep up the great job

The service was exceptional but enough to salvage the fat ladened ribeye. After trimming the fat I was left with less than hearty piece of edible meat.
