BAD SERVICE
THE BARTENDERS ARE RUDE AND STAND AROUND SMOKING AND TALKING ABOUT WHAT THEY DID LAST NIGHT, VERY UNPROFESSIAL....DOLLY
Awesome!
A couple of my friends and I went to this restaurant for dinner and we were very impressed with the food, service, and ambiance of the entire place. They just keep on feeding you!! Plan to leave there with a full stomach because the entrees are very filling! This is the best restaurant we have been to yet in Chicago!
Very nice!
My husband and I ate here for our anniversary and had no complaints. Great food, great service. The bar area was very nice too - we sat at the bar for an after-dinner drink. All-in-all it was a good dining experience.
Great Specials
I've been going after work to the Grotto with friends on Thursday nights lately. In the Lounge they offer $3 specials all night - mixed drinks, beer, wine and appetizers.
I love the atmosphere - there's a gorgeous tropical garden in the center of the restaurant with a waterfall fountain - it's a really pretty space, and I love the staff. They also just started offering an Italian tapas menu on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays. I haven't tried that yet - but it looks awesome!
