May Street Market   

I dined at May Street Market this past weekend and really had a great time. The service was slow, but the food definitely made up for it. The fried green tomato appetizer was amazing, the best I've ever had actually. Also, I had bacon wrapped monkfish with pasta, which was out of this world. My friend ate the gnocchi, which she said was probably the best pasta shes ever had. Lots of fresh veggies and bold flavors. Portions are really big though, so definitely come hungry. The dessert menu looked great but I couldn't possibly eat anymore. Will save room next time though! Nice wine list also. I highly reccommend may street.

We find it easy to get to from The Gold Coast and the food is just terrific. Like the staff, too. An excellent wine selection! Bill
