Service was tremedous--food was an experience--I will never forget eating here. However, the moderate price rating is way off. Plan on spending 150 to 200 hundred per person easy.

An astounding display of culinary virtuosity. This is Monty Python meets nouvelle cuisine. We couldn't stop laughing, the food was so much fun. I haven't enjoyed myself this much since Tonto's bar mitzvah. Go now, really.

Chef Cantu is magical. His use of food and materials are equisite; presentation being everything. Four pre-fix menus are offered: five, seven, ten, and twenty based on the number of courses. Each table is asked to order the same number of courses. I highly recommend taking advantage of Chef Cantu's passionate Sommelier whose passion for wine and food adds to the sensual mood of the food. We dined on Saturday, March 6 and while the restaurant was quiet, the service was symmetrical and focused on your dining experience. Don't be shy - ask for a tour of their spotless and incredibly efficient kitchen. Seeing the creativity behind your dining experience finishes the evening in the most subtle way.
