Service is relaxed and unhurried.The FoodThe extensive sushi selection includes dozens of varieties of fresh nigiri, sashimi and maki, but the real reason to visit Oysy (meaning "delicious") is to sample its cooked items, served tapas-style and quite reasonably priced. Delicious tuna steak with ponzu sauce is grill-kissed, sliced, and served with a dollop of spicy radish; sumptuous sautéed lobster tail is glazed with zesty cilantro-ginger sauce. Other tempting dishes include soft-shell crab tempura, grilled steak with garlic-miso marinade, and stir-fried octopus with homemade hot sauce.
