Not Like the Original.
This past Christmas I was in Maui and went to Roy's for Christmas dinner. I had the surf and turf and it was easily the best meal i have had in the United States.--Maybe even my life. I think the best part of the Roy's in Hawaii is the freshness. I don't get the same feeling at the Roy's in Chicago. -- But it still rates as one of my favorites in Chicago
Excellent
The service and food at Roy's are excellent. I had an item not on the menu (chicken) and it was prepared perfectly. The presentation was beautiful. My fruit dish and my friend's pineapple upside down cake were delicious. Staff was very accomodating and professional. K
Great fish
The butter fish is the best around and the tuna is great.

they were slow seating us even though we had a reservations (20min) but the staff was very friendly and the food was definitely worth it...
