Very Marginal
The Pear Salad was the only thing I woud go back for. The rest was cold when it was supposed to be hot and vice versa.
Bad Dining Experience
My family and I just returned from 3 weeks in Italy, and if Sapori was located there it would have the longevity of a fruit fly. My wife had a pasta thet was over done to the point of sticking together. It was a sea food with broccoli. It appears they cooked the pasta and seafood in the same water they cooked the broccoli in.Everything of course tasted broccolian. Ugh... My pasta was wit meatballs ans sausage. Again the pasta was overcooked. Sapori lives by the same philosopy as Maggiano's and Carmine's.That is an over abundance of overcooked pasta and uninspired sauce trumps quality cooking.
