Underdogg Restaurant   

After last call at Wicker Park and Bucktown's many bars, woozy patrons line up at this subterranean hot dog stand until the wee hours. Located down a flight of stairs adjacent to Flash Taco, Underdogg has a smattering of tables, and serves up your basic menu of char dogs, steamed dogs and double bacon chili cheese dogs. Besides excellent hot dogs and polish sausage, they also serve thick juicy burgers, chicken and steak sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, even veggie burgers. The crisp tasty fries (that come with every order) are peeled, cut and made fresh right in the shop. Everything on the menu is cheap, so even if you've spent most of your cash on booze, it's Underdogg to the rescue.
