This familiar summertime chant can be heard from hoards of minivans and SUVs pulling into northern Cincinnati's best-loved soft-serve ice cream joint: The Cone. There's nothing better than a coconut-macaroon sundae on a hot summer evening. Although The Cone serves hot dogs, corn dogs and hot melts, the name of the place should leave no question as to the house specialty. Even if you dine someplace else, make sure you save room for dessert from The Cone on the way home.

The Cone-wonderful ice cream
The Cone is a great soft serve ice cream wonderland and the people are always friendly-plus the lines move quickly at busy times. We been coming there for years and it's good family fun with kiddie rides our kids love to ride. The place is located in West Chester just 15 minutes from I-275 and I-75 going north and we thought "wow" far away-not at all.
Oh, we had been at a festival and seen they have a Mobile Cone that looks like their building.It was great too,but limited to best selling flavors at festivals we found out.

The service is not nearly as friendly as it used to be. The quality is no where near where it was when they were voted best soft serve. If tou want true quality, family friendly service and more for your money, go to Tucker's Whippy Dip in Mason.

ive been goin to the cone for 6 years now and it has been great and they keep expanding to make it an even better place to eat
