Chef and owner David Cook named the spot after his kitchen moniker when he worked at the city's most famous French restaurant, Maisonette. His innovative cuisine fuses many French flavors (he never misses an opportunity to integrate fois gras) with California flair and Asian influences. David will prepare six (or so) courses of smaller "tastings" of special dishes, each paired with a two-ounce "tasting" of an appropriate wine or champagne.
