The steaks are fresh never frozen and they are seasoned to perfection with their "prarie dust"...dont you ever listen to the hostesses?

Great food with great prices. Beats Jeff Ruby's hands down - JR steak way over rated and price is horrendous!!!!

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! TEXAS ROADHOUSE HAND CUTS THERE STEAKS EVERYDAY. BY FAR BETTER THAN LONGHORN AND COULD PLAY ON THE SAME FIELD AS RUBY ANYDAY!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T, YOU MUST TRY TEXAS ROADHOUSE

Come on Cincinnati...Longhorn is NOT better than Jeff Ruby's or Morton's. The steaks come in most probably FROZEN from the Longhorn commissary....not that that in and of itself is bad, just that it does not make it rank with the elite of the steakhouses in Town! And..it is a CHAIN! Granted, Longhorn IS a step up from Ponderroaches and Outback....but it is NOT an exceptional steak.
