Finally a shop you can trust to deliver gorgeous flowers! Very nice staff too.

After my friends touted up this flower shop, thought I would give it a shot. Wanted to take some loose flowers to a party, and when they were wrapped up and handed to me the designer said 85 dollars. I was thinking of the 40 dollar range and was open to anything suitable. The lady actually made a face when I announced my budget. I did not feel welcome and felt like I was being looked down upon. Very snooty sales staff. I was in my uniform and I am a plumber by trade. My money is just as good as the next guys. I will stick to the supermarket instead. Too rich for my blood. Very surprising for the location as well

My son ( starving college student ) ordered me a birthday arrangement. It was left in the hot sun on a front porch all day. No message was left as to a delivery being made. I saw the next month on the credit card that I pay for, that my son had paid over a $ 100 dollars for this. I called and left 3 messages for the owner to call me, and never recieved a reply. I went to the retail store on a saturday to discuss this with them, and was greeted by a totally chaotic scene. I was not warmly greeted nor did I feel comfortable. I almost fell on debris and a wet floor. The website is beautiful, the product and service is questionable, and the store is a mess. A beautiful website does not a great florist make.
