High atop the hill in Mt. Adams, diners navigate steep streets and narrow entryways to find the city's best spot for Thai and sushi. Downstairs features a casual bar and sushi bar, perfect for sitting out the wait for a table, which may last an hour or more on weekend evenings. Upstairs features white linen covered dining tables tucked into nooks of the cozy dining room, plus an outdoor patio that seats up to 50 in warmer weather. Teak offers traditional Thai favorites such as pad Thai, plus house specialties like spicy mung bean noodle salad and spicy pork prawn. Diners can also choose from a full sushi menu, or just sample a few sashimi choices or sushi rolls as an appetizer. Not into spicy? Teak will tailor the amount of kick on a scale of one to ten on nearly any dish. Often picked by local media patrons as the city's best Asian dining spot, Teak is worth the trek up the hill. -- Annie McManis

I took my now wife there when we were dating. We both enjoyed our meals and our time in the bar. She loved the Margaritas.

Too expensive do not worth it with the quality of the food they provide. Service friendly. But we still do not want to come back. Because still have a lot of good Thai food in Cincinnati

First time Sushi
By raiderschick2006 on 03/09/2006
Well, it was about two years ago and i was with my bfs family and they took us to this place. The whole night was pretty cool, it was a journey to get to the place...i liked the drive. His whole family was from cincy so they knew where we were going (plus they had been there before) but i had no idea where i was bc i live in northern kentucky and only really have seen and been around in the city. So it was an cool experience just getting there! Then for dinner i split chicken friend rice with him and his parents ordered sushi. So i tried it...so i will always remember that place as being the first time i tried it. Its such a cool place and a really neat enviornment!
