With the opening of each new, generic sports bar, places like the InBetween Tavern, as true a sports bar as you may find, are a welcome surprise. The name may confuse you, as the tavern used to be located directly between two major sporting arenas. The Tavern has stayed while the original arenas have gone, and today it is located directly across from the Cincinnati Reds' new home, the Great American Ballpark. It serves as home base for Reds fans the world over. A perfect spot to celebrate or commiserate after a game, the Tavern serves up icy-cold beers, and on game day you'll always find a special menu geared toward hungry fans. And if there isn't a game, the Tavern's outdoor beer garden offers a nice mix of businessmen, tourists and local baseball fans. -- Sara Chauhan

Don't Use a Credit Card at this Place !!!!!

I paid for lunch for a group of 10 folks because the waitiress did not want to do separate checks. The waitress voided the credit card transaction I signed for, added in her own tip amount (I had already given 20%) and put through a new transaction with a 43% tip!!! I was lucky to catch it. HOWEVER, the manager said this was NOT STEALING, waitress still working there, and said it was just a "bad judgement." Needless to say, I won't be back.
