West Coast lovers are in luck: Napa Grille strives to be just that -- Napa. Everything is based on the wine-making region of California, and wine is king here, with choices that include 240 bottles, 61 by the glass and more than 20 flights (three different wines, 3 ounces each). Of course, food lovers can expect casual, elegant cuisine. Colossal tiger shrimp, rack of lamb, filet, scallops, veal and duck all adorn a tantalizing dinner-only menu. Speaking of menus -- in the mood for some reading? The wine menu is 36 pages long. The bar's wine-pouring and preservation cuvee system -- one of the largest in Cincinnati -- is worth a glance, as are window views overlooking the Regency's grounds. The private room oozes class, with sumptuous leather and wood awaiting through French doors and a wall of wine to your right. How seriously do they take this California authenticity thing?
