Don't let the quaint, old-fashioned location of Hyde Park Square fool you: Red 2724 looks like it would be as much at home in Manhattan as in Mayberry. Slick, sleek and sophisticated, Red's interior comes complete with a glowing red bar, velvety walls, minimalist accoutrements and an inventive, power-packed menu. Such delicacies as foie gras and smoked oyster butter line up, along top-shelf steaks and Portuguese Cioppino. The big draw may be the pinchers, though -- lobster lovers have found a haven here. The live Maines are prepared a number of ways: traditional, thermador, Fra Diavolo and Caribbean. Cold Water tails from Australia round out the lobster list. And you knew that with food like this, they'd have the drinks to boot. Wine aficionados can choose from almost two dozen by the glass and even more by the bottle.
