Perched atop the Covington Radisson, the Tri-state's only revolving eatery has served generations of families celebrating special occasions. And yes, it's also seen its share of in-laws, regional managers and other out-of-towners whom locals wanted to impress. The 18th-floor panoramic view is simply stunning. Clubby, elegant decor and an upscale menu match the formality that a special-occasion spot demands. (You will, however, see more casually dressed folks here as well.) Feast on roasted lamb chops, filet mignon or seafood pasta selections, all while savoring that skyline. Don't want to spend the dough? Stop in before or after dinner for a drink at the inviting bar -- you'll still get the impressive view, but on the cheap. It's enough to make your head, er, spin.
