Cincinnati gets a second spot, courtesy of Columbus-based restaurateur Cameron Mitchell, to experience the Mitchell formula of fresh seafood in an upscale setting. This West Chester location, tucked into the Streets of West Chester "lifestyle" center, overflows with suburban families and couples, every night of the week. Fortunately, the place offers a huge, four-sided bar, and there are cozy booths to cushion the wait. Sample oysters from the raw bar, or nibble some Old Bay seasoned peel and shrimp. Then, order up fresh seafood such as grouper, salmon, sea bass and halibut -- all flown in daily. Although the prices are upscale, the decor (not to mention tables full of families with children) keep it casual. It's all perfectly fitting for this booming suburb full of yuppies with kids.

I had a bad experience the first time I went, they made us wait 15 mins when the place was empty and realizes it was their fault for making us wait to begin with. I ordered the crabcakes, which weren't that great since there was no lumps of crab meat, just minced. The food is ok, it seems the fresh fish is probably a better choice to go for. The fish market, tries to be up-scale when they actually are not and are just trying way to hard to make themselves appear fancy by asking you if you had reservations and making you wait an extra 15 mins when the resteraunt is empty. They tell you that all the tables are reserved for other parties, that why you had to wait. Well, I guess if you are there at 5pm and others have reservations for 8pm, you might just have to wait till they can arrange a table for you that is not reserved. HOW SNOBBISH!

we have been going to Mitchell's Fish Market every saturday for quite some time. I try different dishes every week, not once did I get a dish that was bad. It is our favorite restaurant, they have the best food you can get.
