More than just a restaurant and bar, Bounce's ebullient entertainment offerings also include giant video screens, network trivia games, Internet terminals -- and drag queens. Quite an array of stimuli. But the food is also surprisingly good, whether you stop in for a relaxing happy hour or take in a late-night snack during the drag show. While the scene at Bounce is racy and colorful, the menu items are comfortingly square: Think white-bread favorites like tater tots and stuffed green pepper soup. Vegetable quesadillas are a popular happy hour pick, and the tuna Caesar salad is a fine choice for lunch. But Bounce offers nothing if not variety, and the menu also includes both meat and veggie burgers, various chops, pasta, sandwiches and fish.
