Unlike the other two Cleveland-area Hyde Parks, this one really does look and feel like it fits in with its surroundings. It's in the heart of downtown, and -- face it -- this is a downtown kind of place. While you'll find well-prepared fish, chicken and pasta dishes, here's a tip: Go directly to one of the steak choices. Twin 8-ounce filets come with bearnaise sauce, onion straws and baked potato. For big eaters, a 20-ounce porterhouse is juicy and, like all the steaks, perfectly cooked. Tuscan steak is prepared in olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. Garlic steak is a New York strip served with caramelized onions and potatoes. If you have room, try one of the desserts, such as the house-made apple crumb pie served with two scoops of ice cream and caramel sauce. Service is a bit formal, but still gracious and helpful. After all, with such exquisite fare, would you expect anything less?
