Liquid Cafe Fusion   

Perhaps the trendiest spot amidst the trendiest district, Liquid Cafe/Fusion is where the hip go to play and the not-so-hip go to at least watch. A two-story establishment in downtown Cleveland's Warehouse District, Liquid Cafe is among the area's more popular after-work spots, with half price drinks during the happy hour from 4-7PM daily. Those wanting to wait out rush hour or kill an hour or two before taking in a ballgame or show will find this double-decker pair to their liking. Upstairs is Fusion, famous for its martini list (more than 100 and counting) and featuring a menu with a wide variety of seafood items. A contender for Cleveland's best indoor people watching, Fusion features a bird's-eye view of the downstairs Liquid Cafe. You won't find this a good spot for casual conversation, though; its three volumes are loud, louder and loudest.
