Brought to you by the same folks that own Mallorca just down the street, Brasa brings to Cleveland the best of Brazilian and Argentine cuisine, with a bit of a twist on both. And while the kitchen is always swirling with all sorts of exquisite fare, you won't find one thing at this restaurant: a menu. The choices are fixed, with a salad, a fruit bar and a buffet of sorts. Along with a variety of South American side dishes, Brasa offers 16 kinds of meats to accompany the buffets; the entrees are carved and served at the table. While the offerings may seem limited at first, Brasa surprisingly affords a number of interesting ways to mix and match things up. The interior is bursting with colorful lighted glass pieces, large plants and tables set up for romance. A small outdoor dining area sits right by Ninth Street, in case you wanted to order some people-watching on the side.

defending Brasa's honor
By Roark585 on 05/25/2008
I am not a meat person, but I have to say that eating at Brasa was actually a really enjoyable experience. We went there for my boyfriend's graduation, and the meat was terrific (for meat- again, not a meat person). The service was great, and my boyfriend's entire family (meat people) really enjoyed it. If you've never been to a Brazilian restaurant and are looking to splurge, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food
By ddrake2121 on 02/23/2008
For someone to say this food was the worst food they have ever had, should have there head examined. This was by far the best meal I have had since I moved to Ohio 10 years ago. I moved here from NY/NJ where some of the best’s restaurants in the world are and this rates right up there. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out the door it was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the salad bar was Incredible. A+++ would highly recommend.

Worst Food in Cleveland
By kimo7724 on 12/10/2007
This is by far the worst food than could be legally served! It is not fit for a dog! The food was terrible, it has a taste like old or ransid meat. Either too raw to be able to even place in your mouth or so over done it was like shoe leather. If I were homless and had not eaten in 2 months and they were giving away meals I still would not eat there!!! Don't waste you money. It is very expensive too.

YUCK-O!!!
By kelela1257 on 12/10/2007
Had been wanting to try this place for awhile.... all I can say is, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR!!!!! It was the worst!! Not the service however... that was fantastic!! BUT, I went there for the food. Needless to say, I couldn't eat much!!!!! It was horrible! From the tough as shoe leather filet mignon,to the very salty bacon wrapped turkey, to the very gamey lamb, crisp and dried out ribs, shall I go on??!!
