Mallorca   

My husband and I had NYE dinner here.Service was bad,waiter did not greet us before shouting out the specials.Once food served waiter attempted to plate some rice on my husbands plate,spilled it all over the table and on his lap.No apology,I passed when he asked if he could shell my lobster tail. Food was good,thank goodness!! No one ever came back to the table to ask if food OK or if we needed anything. No plans to return.

From Chicago to New York, Mallorca is still my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing and the portions are more than generous. My only complaint is with some of the male wait staff who pay way to much attention to the ladies in the group. (One made a pass at me as my husband went to the restroom!) But the food is well worth the trip and the price. If you enjoy Mallorca, you should also try their sister restaurant, Brasa, two buildings down!! Amazing places!

Absolutely the best restaurant in Cleveland. Food and service are always good. I don't know how any place else could be better.

I visit this place whenever I can - I LOVE IT!!!!! The shrimp was so fresh and there was so much that I could have fed 3 people off of it. My only complaint was that the service was lousy the last time I was there. The head waiter was too busy flirting with all the girls and we were left sitting there twirling our thumbs. I don't mind paying for the food when I have a great expereince, but that night we were ignored. I will be back though!!!
