Thank goodness for maxi's lounge. If it wasnt for there rock and roll nights on thursdays,, for 50 and older there would be no place to go for us. I am sure it wont hurt the younger people to give us one night a week. Someday they will be older and wearing polyester wishing they had a place like maxi's to go. This is a great place to eat. Really good food. The Bartender Laurie has apparently not been there for a while. I like the bands on Friday & Saturday Nights. The cater to more mature people than the downtown bars. They also have NTN Trivia and its fun & free to play. Thier happy hour has the best prices I've ever found. $4.00 for a large pitcher of beer. I thought that the food was excellent and the atmosphere was just what we need around here. I se that everyone is so fast to pass judgment. This is the best its been a very ,very long time. I came here when it was Josephs hatchcover and my oh my, it was horrible. I do not like to be taken and indeed we were back then. Now, its great food and it is a fun atmosphere, we really had a great time. Thumbs up for the new owners and never mind the negative. Most likely people who could not use a 10yr old coupon or expected a "lobster" with a coupon for the menu you have now. Just want something for nothing. Someone will find any reason to bad mouth anything if they cannot get away everything they want. I understand what it takes to run any business and nobody is perfect. So, keep it up and the new bathrooms look great and we love the fact it doesnt smell like smoke Good Job!!. We had a wonderful time.
