Just walking in the store I immediately felt the welcome. The owners, who act more like your friend, are always there to handle any questions. They have selected a great team of workers who are not at all pushy like most retail sales. They allow you to look and breath and are there to help you when it's needed. Their product knowledge is remarkable. They are all so friendly. It's like visiting an old friend every time you enter there store. Aside from customer relations. Casa Bonita provides some of the best Southwestern/Native American products in it's class. No other store offers such a wide variety of this decor as there's does. Their quality of merchandise is unbelievable. And their prices are always great. They could be charging a lot more for their product. But that again shows their customer dedication. If they don't have what you are looking for they will custom order it. And if they can't order it they will actually direct you to a store that carries what you looking for. Now that's unheard of.
