In addition to drawing the top names in comedy like Chris Rock, Bobcat Goldthwait, Paul Reiser and more, the Funny Bone also highlights lesser-known -- but often equally laugh-inducing -- up-and-comers such as Vince Morris, Mark Reedy and Maryellen Hooper. The club also features Bananas Family Comedy Night, wholesome entertainment sometimes broadcast on the Guardian Television Network. But mostly, acts are for the 21-and-over crowd, who can enjoy world-class comedy in a comfortable yet intimate setting with dark wood and touches of neon. The layout allows for excellent views and acoustics -- the owners obviously know what they're doing, as theyve invaded over 25 locations in the region. A full menu features "Headliners" like sea scallops, pasta and steaks, along with appetizers, soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts. The club is also available for corporate and other outings, and there's a weekly free ticket drawing for innovative souls who offer suggestions for future shows.
