I placed an order that was never delivered. I was terribly embarrassed! I had sent other people to this florist, they had my personal information, and they NEVER called me to let me know the delivery would not be sent. kATHY LET ME KNOW IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS DURING THE SERVICE..nO pHONE CALLS.
