Arlington Billiard & Cafe   

Although it's tucked behind a Kroger's, you know you've found the Arlington because the Ohio State flag that graces the front is the same size as the huge American flag next to it. The interior is darkish and pool-table intensive, laden with dozens of oversize flat-screened TVs, making it virtually impossible to miss a moment of that big game/boxing match/reality series. There are lots of intimate places to chat and there's a dance floor with black lights and a disco ball in the corner. The attached sister bar, Cazzie's, offers a totally different scene: it's well-lit, with high-topped tables and chairs, a happy hour hunting ground. There are TVs here as well, but they're smaller and hang from the ceiling, seemingly secondary players. Although most patrons are presumably single, the younger crowd replaces the older as the evening goes on. Music varies from '70s nostalgia to more recent hits and if you come for the food, there's even a nice selection of appetizers, gourmet pizzas, quesadillas and more.
