Milo Butterfingers offers the time-tested, simultaneous distractions of eating, drinking and watching sports. Strategically mounted TVs broadcast major sporting events, and there is an ample inventory of beer and a basic food menu that appeals to the need to feed one's face while relaxing. The only thing missing is a remote control for each man who walks through the door. If you're more of a player than a spectator, you can engage in a friendly game of darts, pinball, pool or foosball. The atmosphere seems to promote camaraderie and a hearty guffaw, perhaps a carryover from the bar's former life as a scene for the gentlemanly sport of tournament competition. Music on the sound system is a nonthreatening variety of pop, country, alternative and classic pop/rock. The decor is fun, playful and youthful, as are most of the patrons, many of them college students. An occasional professional athlete drops in, and regular joes-with-jobs toss themselves into the mix. -- Gary Taylor

One of the first places I went to when I moved to Dallas. I live in CO now, but I am making Milo's my first stop on my visit to Dallas in May. Very cool place, would suggest everyone stop by at least once.......
