TERRIBLE!!!!!
ROBERT, WHO WAS IN CHARGE THE DAY I CONTACTED THE HOTEL,IS A RUDE,OBSTINATE,AND PARTICULARY UNFREINDLY PERSON.THE PAST DEALINGS WITH THIS HOTEL HAVE ALSO BEEN VERY UNPLEASANT.I SUGGEST ANY OTHER ACCOMIDATIONS WOULD BE PREFERABLE TO THIS UNUSUALLY BAD ESTABLISHMENT!!!
