Rate and Write a Review A live performance venue that specializes in showcasing local talent, the Curtain Club has been a stepping stone for many area bands including Slow Roosevelt, Jibe and Edgewater. Located in Deep Ellum, the venue boasts the Liquid Lounge, a bar where patrons can get their alcohol before heading to the performance area in the rear of the club. The sound system has been acclaimed by patrons and performers alike, with production being one of the best in the nation. National acts such as Henry Rollins, Tripping Daisy, Hagfish and Deep Blue Something have rocked the stage. Live performances are scheduled every Friday and Saturday and throughout the week. -- John Vega

LIVE SHOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Saw "THE FUTURE CAST", formerly known as "The Barons" there awhile back they rocked the house!! Now they're back and playing Curtain Club's 10th year anniversary party on 1/12/07. This recently signed group of musicians are ridiculously talented and the drummer IS a beast of energy on every song!!!!!!!!!!!

The Curtain Club is a great venue to get in with local artists and even check out national acts. You are sure to never see a "crappy" band or be unhappy to just hang out. If you are visiting the area you have to stop by!
