I'll be back.

I took my 18-year old daughter to The Dragonfly for Restaurant Week, and she and I were delighted with the food as well as the service. Two women, obviously a mother and daughter, are sometimes viewed as "less desirable" customers (tip-wise), but you'd never have known it here. We sat at the bar while we waited to be called to our table, and I ordered a drink that had been profiled on a television show. It was divine. I asked the bartender to come up with something non-alcoholic for my daughter, and he did so with a great attitude. The food was perfect, our waiter was pleasant and very attentive, and the tip I left reflected my pleasure. I will be going back!

Over rated

A group of four had dinner on April 7, 2004. Service in the lounge/bar was atrocious. Ten minutes to receive our drinks after they were ordered. Attention was non-existent. Dinner was horrible. Vegetable spring roll was cold and soggy, foie gras and scallop app was flavorless. Lamb shank tasted burnt and was dry, duck was fatty and had no flavor. Dessert did not do any better, all were flavorless and disappointing. We will not return. Service throughout dinner was slow, slow and slow. It took three hours from when we sat down to when we left. Save your money.
