weddings are supposed to be happy celebrations. and believe you me, my wedding was certainly joyous . but i do have one regret: earth blooms to make a long story relatively short, Nothing was what we discussed canoe shaped vases we square on the day my bouquet was not what I ordered nor were the flowers in it my bridesmaids bouquests were also incorrect and to add insult to injury this florist failed to abide by the contract, made an unauthorized charge to my credit card account $1100 which I am still paying interest on and -- which has yet to be refunded, did not reimburse the $500 vase deposit, and has been nearly impossible to reach by phone. oh, did i mention it's been Five Months since my wedding, and i'm still fighting to have my money returned to me? AVOID THIS FLORIST. they are rude, dishonest, and steal. Every time I call I am assured this will be taken care of and it never is, All I can say is thie florist is a theif plain and simple and I will likely have to take legal action to get anything back.

Underpromised and under delivered. Our wedding and she over charged my fiances credit card. I called and she has yet to return my call. OVER CHARGED BY 1000.00?? Eric
