Appearing as an unassuming, two-story house by day, this beer-mecca transforms by night into one of the most visited taverns in Dallas. The Ginger Man touts the best beer selection in Dallas, featuring more than 200 different types of imported beer. Of course, they do accommodate the devoted domestic beer consumers by providing a decent selection. Wine is available, but don't expect any martinis because there isn't one drop of liquor on the premises. Picnic-style wood tables and benches serve as the decor, which creates the comfortably casual atmosphere of this rustic establishment. -- Erin Burke

Awesome place!
This place has AWESOME CIDER BEER
Beer House
As opposed to House Beer that is. The Gingerman is a on old English Pub type house that comes alive at night to the sound of people chatting and glasses clanging.
Parking is murder, just like most places down here, but the Gingerman has a certain charm once you get there. A little crowded, but the people were quite hip and trendy.
Not being much of a beer fan, Gucciloafer ventured into the Merlot selection, which, was not at all bad. The entourage stuck with the beers, all of which I am told were fabulous.
Either sit out back in the beer garden or upstairs on the picnic tables and enjoy the Dallas Skyline. A nice place to be on a cool summer's night, if we ever have any in Texas!
