not the same
The lobby was filthy and the elevator smelled like sewage. My wheelchair bound friend was not able to see the rooftop because the back elevator which goes to the roof has not worked ever. The chef and sous chef quit as well as all the original employees. They had a dismill wine selection even though all their propaganda boasts a 1500 selection wine list on a tablet pc(does not exist either) The are on the states list with the TABC so it is amazing that they can operate since they can't legally by alcohol. Over all a filthy disgusting place with no value except for a view that some unfortunate people can't access.
Out of this World
When i first walked in it was a little weird to see an art gallery but when i went up stairs, WOW. I first went to the thirst floor which is the restaurant and loved the hard wood floors and the ostrich skin couchs. Chef David Gilbert is seen through glass windows while he is creating his magic. Then i went up the the Petris lounge to chill with some local DJ's and a really cool bar as i watched so TV on two custom plasmas from England that no one else in the USA has. These plasmas when they are turned off are mirrors and a pieces of art. Now the Roof top gardens speak for then self. I loved the palm trees and the river as well as the view. That is where i stayed the rest of the night. If you are looking for dinner, dancing, a cool place or just something new check this out.
