Opulent digs in a tony neighborhood create great expectations for Opio. Situated off the lobby of the Park Cities Hilton, just past a noisy, often- crowded bar, this small restaurant caters to upscale business travelers and privileged neighborhood residents. The Mediterranean-style dining room, with soaring, arched ceilings and pale, textured walls, seats about 55; bright and sunny during the day, it is fetching and romantic in the evening, especially when lit only by electric candles from heavy, hanging fixtures. Chef Billy Webb created quite a following during his days at Rooster, and at Opio he's creating magnificent meals known both for their flavor and presentation. While breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style, dinner brings out Webb's best. The lobster Newburg is a new twist on a classic dish -- prepared using a whole lobster, the shell serves as a dish for the creamy seafood sensation. The Ahi tuna comes with an energizing, warm wasabi sushi rice salad. Rumor has it that the service is not on par with the food, but management claims that such is not the case.-- Allison Hatfield
