The Gay Community of Fort Worth/Arlington seems to have its collective mind made up about the Corral Club, having voted it the best gay bar in town every year for more than a decade. Rainbow cowpokes of every stripe and flavor gather within these hallowed walls for endless recreational opportunity. Weekly drink specials allow for budget-friendly libations every night of the week except Saturdays, the ubiquitous bar trivia game leaves patrons scratching their noggins, the notable absence of overly loud techno music provides a conversation-conducive environment, and the dance floor is just big enough for a spontaneous bout of country line dancing, should that eventuality ever arise. The decor is a little rough around the edges, but that's probably intentional. The patio is downright purty and even sports its own little outdoor bar. -- Barrett Brown
