This very classy restaurant is located in the Fairmont -- one of Dallas' toniest hotels -- and it shows. If your mission is to dress up and impress the hell out of your date, set your sights on this elegant spot and bring your wallet. Most of the menu is classic "new American" cuisine and desserts are excellent.
