Nothing stirs up the hunger pains like a kitschy Pacific island theme restaurant. Tiki Bob's sports an interior that crawls with tiki torches, tribal masks, and other associated trappings of the pseudo-Hawaiian dine-and-wine haunt. As you might expect, the libation of choice here is a mixed concoction served in a coconut. What you probably wouldn't have guessed is that the coconut in question is made of glass and features no less than ten yellow straws sprouting out of its top. This sort of all-out, fall-of-Rome level of decadence doesn't stop there, either, as each and every table is equipped with its own television monitor. Hopefully all this nuttiness won't distract you from the menu, which features items ranging from cheese fries to angus burgers to chicken-stuffed tortilla wraps. Nothing to evoke a luau, to be sure, although the Volcanic Shrimp dish may induce mild dancing among seafood fans. -- Barrett Brown
