Omar Zuniga knows exactly what it takes to get your motor running in the morning. A former manager at Cafe Brazil for 15 years, the affable foodie's first foray into owning and operating is the down home diner-style, 24-hour spot, Buzzbrews. Zuniga has turned the former Pitt Grill space into a breakfast, lunch and dinner emporium. All-you-can-drink coffee for $2 is just what the doctor ordered to shake off the AM lethargy (espressos and lattes are also excellent). Grab a seat at a table or at the marble-tiled countertop, and fill the tank with quality chow like banana pancakes that come with sliced bananas, chopped walnuts and confectioner's sugar on top. Also on the menu are a variety of tasty entrees like enchiladas and steaks, as well as sandwiches and salads. The Central Expressway location makes it the perfect breakfast stop on your way to work or for a quick lunch date.
