The name "fish market grill" makes one envision a cheap fish smelly downtown diner -- but not so. Chamberlain's is white linen elegance, romantic low lights offering an extensive variety in freshly prepared seafood and a few chicken dishes. From the entrance level, you can choose main floor dining or let the shiny brass rails lead you to the ascending second level bar area. You can get full meal service at the bar, too -- white linen, crystal and the same friendliness that all the wait staff have. Regulars prefer the "never fishy tasting" redfish -- grilled just enough to keep it moist and flaky with a little Louisiana spice thrown in. One side dish to rave about is the grilled asparagus smothered with crab meat Bernaise -- a smooth and creamy cheese sauce, blended with finely shredded crab -- a unique taste and delectable.
