A water garden with a rainbow of colored lighting and a spectacular symphony of choreographed fountain arrangements is just one of the unique features at FireWater Bar and Grill in North Dallas. Partygoers huddle up next to the outdoor fireplace during the chillier months while others position themselves somewhere within an amphitheater setting that gently descends into the main stage area as well-known national, regional and a select group of local acts keep everything hoppin' and swayin' well into the night. Before and between shows, customers fill the main dining area and choose from an eclectic menu that includes chicken and potato enchiladas, a rack of ribs and the Coconut Moby shrimp. But the main draw at Firewater will always be the live music, free-flowing beer and a remarkably stunning outdoor ambiance that keeps the good times rollin'. Make sure you get your tickets in advance.

disapointing...

Found this place on the internet thought it would be a good place to hook up with friends after work. The first 2 hours were ok , cold beer and enjoyable music playing to set a nice party moode. Then the "live band" started and in true garage band fasion if your not that good turn it up really loud!!! Us and several other tables got up and moved out side so we could continue to talk. after the bands break someone found the volume control for outside and turned it up so that comfortable talking outside could not be done so we left. We also found that the menu has been reduced to a single one sided page of bar food where a spicy chicken sandwitch is about as close to a meal rather than a starter you will find. Over all ambiance of Firewater is very nice with the decor and fountains out side.. If you only wanted to go see a band play and not eat and not talk only listen and partake in cold beverages it would probably be an ok place to hang out.

This has become my new hang-out (and I don't do bars, typically). Saw Little River Band, the Fixx, Great White, Southern Affair, 11th Hour. . .GREAT SOUND. . GREAT SETTING (VERY FENG SHUI!) A WAY COOL PLACE inside and out (thanks to the misters & fans)! The food is yummy, too! CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!

Was only there briefly, however it seemed to be a upbeat and fun place to hang out. I'm sure I'll return there real soon... The music and atmosphere was A #1!! Good Job!!

Too bad my ex-boyfriend hangs there with his new married sex partner Edith Hightower.
