There's no denying that Lower Greenville has been sprinkled with a substantial amount of foreign influence over the years. From Sevan to Nero's to Nuevo Leon, one of the oldest party strips in the Dallas has changed with the times. Gachet Coffee Lounge is looking to further the evolution. The European-inspired lounge on the lowest end of Greenville Avenue imports all its beans from across the pond, roasts them here in town and delivers them fresh to the store. Gachet also offers exclusive imported wines and a selection of pastries. Some of things you're unlikely to find at any other coffee bar in town, however: a 2,000-square foot rooftop patio with movies showing every Friday night, psychic readings every Wednesday and art exhibits featuring some of the newest and freshest talent in the area. Tech-addicts and e-mail junkies, fear not: Free Wi-Fi access is available.
