Little Katana   

It didn't take Kenny Mills (formerly of Tony's Prime Steaks and Capital Grille) very long to get back in the saddle again. He's heading up the selection of pan-Asian cuisine at the hip, new Little Katana on Travis Walk in northern Uptown. The location is an offshoot of the successful sushi spot at the Galleria Mall in far North Dallas, but is much more spacious with a bigger menu. A sleek, industrial feel mixes seamlessly with warm cherry woods to give the space a modern but comfortable feel. Uni (sea urchin) is cracked at your table before eating. Sushi, steaks and a variety of bivalved mollusks (clams, scallops) are also available. Chill out and take in a little culture at the sushi bar and sip one of the almost 50 different types of sake mixtures while you wait for a table.
